Can a brick-and-mortar store selling rare collectibles successfully transition into an online brand and stand out in the competitive market?
MY ROLE
In response to the Sodepop's goal of developing an online presence, my responsibilities included formulating a comprehensive business strategy to guide the transition, designing an intuitive and visually appealing online platform for selling high-ticket items, and creating engaging content to attract and retain customers. Through the implementation of a competitive gaming model to sell rare collectibles, revitalizing the brand identity, and introducing innovative production capabilities, I successfully transformed the store from a small shop to a thriving online brand, expanding its reach and driving growth in the competitive collectibles market.

Branding and Strategy
We revitalized Sodepop's logo and transitioned its retail space into a modern online brand. We crafted a contemporary logo to symbolize the fusion of physical and digital collectibles. By leveraging advanced web design and e-commerce strategies, we enabled Sodepop to expand its reach and create an engaging user experience.
Visual Identity & Marketing
We enhanced the brand's image by producing high-quality CGI video content for a marketing campaign. These visually captivating videos showcased Sodepop's designer collectibles, emphasizing their artistry and innovation. This strategic approach elevated the brand's perception and reinforced its unique identity in the collectibles market.
UX/UI Design Strategy
We meticulously developed a modern UX/UI strategy to launch our website, establishing clear aesthetic guidelines for a minimal yet captivating gaming and shopping experience. Our approach seamlessly blends functionality and visual appeal, ensuring that users can navigate effortlessly while being drawn into an immersive world of gaming and shopping. This strategy not only enhances user engagement but also sets a distinctive and inviting tone, making our website a compelling destination for enthusiasts and shoppers alike.
Game Design
Our gaming system features "Alien Idol," where users aim for the daily leaderboard's top spot. They can enter using $1 tokens or practice for free. The highest scorer at day's end wins a shipped top prize, creating an engaging and competitive experience.g, setting the stage for future growth.
Gamified Rewards - How It Works
Gameplay and Media
Our game features 3D characters in a 2D space-invader-style game. Players collect coins, avoid enemies, and aim for the highest score. We used Blender for assets and Unity for web and mobile gameplay. We complemented it with CGI videos and a commercial for marketing.
